First, get a date kit and follow the instructions in the membership area. Or read below for options without the date kit.

Then go on your date and have fun! While on the date take photos of each other and describe your date, plus what you thought of the experience. Post this on the Magical Mystery Date Facebook Group.

The date post that gets the most "likes" by 8 PM (EST) February, 28th will win the First Prize!** The post with the second most likes wins Second prize, and the post with the third most likes wins Third prize.

As mentioned you must be a member of the Magical Mystery Date Facebook Group. That way we can more easily notify you via Facebook Messenger that you have won. You have 30 days to reply and provide any needed details for sending you your price. If you do not respond within 30 days, your prize will be forfeited.

In the event the prizes are valued at more than $600 if you are a US citizen you must also complete and send us a "1099" form we will send you, so we may comply with US Tax requirements. European Union citizens are responsible for their own tax reporting.

If you want, you can continue to update your post during the contest to make it more interesting. We also suggest you begin the post before your date and tell your friends. That way they can "like" you early.

Your post must follow all the rules of this contest and include the hashtag #MagicalMysteryDate

Also, you must follow all Facebook rules.

For example, you can not share your post on another friend's page or tag friends in your post. Our understanding is that this violates the Facebook Policy.

That being said, you can ask your friends to like the post and find other creative ways to share it.

If you want, you can go on a different variation of the date again, and post your new date on the Magical Mystery Date Facebook Group as an additional post. However, only one post submitted by you or your date can win.

IMPORTANT - The main point of the contest though is for you both to have fun!

Posting how you're getting ready, then adding photos of your date, then sharing your experiences is a way of letting your friends know how important you are to each other. Their responses and likes on your post will amplify this. So even if you don't win, you're benefiting by creating an experience together - that you share with your friends.

Also, as we state in the date information, follow common sense on your date and never do anything illegal or unsafe.

Always respect each other's requests and consent.

The contest is open to all individuals who have received a Magical Mystery Date Training Program and enrolled in the training.

Then go to https://magicalmysterydate.com and get your date kit, plus take the training in the membership area.

When you're ready, give your date the invitation card and tell them about the contest. You compete by posting photos and date details on our Facebook Group at:

You agree that we may use any photos, videos, quotes, or information you post as part of our future promotions of Women and Couples Wellness, LLC, or our assignees, and therefore grant us irrevocable license to use them for commercial purposes.

Deadline and Prize Terms:

The contest will run until 7:59 PM (EST) on February 28th, 2022. At that point, we will review the posts on the group page and see which ones have the most Facebook "likes".

Please note that we will make every effort to find the posts with the highest number of "likes". We encourage you to send us via Facebook Messenger a screenshot of your page with the time and date included to ensure we count yours. This will be a best-effort by our team.

Once we have reviewed all the posts we will take screenshots of the posts with the top three number of Facebook Likes.

This will be posted on our Facebook Group page the same evening by Approximately 9 PM (EST) (02/28/2022).

All decisions are at the discretion of our judges who counted the Facebook "likes" and their decision on the winners is final as of the posting.

This contest is offered by Women and Couples Wellness, LLC and is open to any couple over 18 who wishes to participate.

Further, this is a skill-based contest where you provide photos and content to attract Facebook "likes" from your friends, and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.

You agree that Women and Couples Wellness, LLC shall not be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the Prize awarded, or your participation in this contest.

You affirm that all photos, videos, and or text you post on Facebook as your submission do not contain any copyrighted work, or photos of third parties that you do not have authority to take. The photos, videos, and or text must not contain obscene, defamatory, sexually explicit, provocative, or otherwise inappropriate or objectionable content.

All entrants acknowledge and confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms, conditions, and rules, and release Women and Couples Wellness, LLC, or in the event that any prizes are offered by sponsors or any other person or entity associated in any way with this Contest from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from participating in the Magical Mystery Date Contest as well as the acceptance of the Prizes awarded and confirm compliance with these rules.

By participating in this contest and in the event of winning, accepting the Prizes, all entrants eligible to win the Prize consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any advertising or public relations purposes in all media used by Women and Couples Wellness, LLC and its advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity.
